White Sales

White Sails is a multifunctional residential complex located in Batumi. It officially opened in October 2020. The complex comprises two 16‑story and two 18‑story aparthotel buildings, a 20‑story residential tower, and two branded hotels (Ibis Styles Batumi and Novotel Living). It also includes spaces for various activities and an outdoor swimming pool . To ensure optimal climate control across the buildings, Midea VRF, Chiller and LCAC systems with a combined capacity of 9000 kW were installed.
